All our meals are prepared aboard our Mothership(s) by talented Captains and capable crew members. Motherships also include powered or sailing vessels that can support the fleet by sweeping up exhausted racers on long windless legs or maintain a safety net in stormy weather. Below is a gallery of this fantastic fleet and talented component of the Barefoot Raid community.

Poor Man’s Rock
Built by Peter Lironi to supply essential items to hard-to-reach places. Now expertly piloted by Robin Slieker, it is also adept at feeding an army of Raiders. The talented galley crew has been led ably by Paige Coull.

Western Yew
Constructed in 1946 as a private yacht, Western Yew was acquired in 1952 by the Minister of Lands and Forests. For the following 32 years, she proved to be a versatile working vessel, supporting operations such as travel to isolated logging camps and aiding in shoreline forest firefighting efforts.

Lady Hawk
Sailor Barry has agreed to join us with his new ship Lady Hawk.
If not already watching his YouTube channel, check it out, and watch him give this ol’ gal a new life as a sail cargo vessel. Sailor Barry
Built as a fish boat in Denmark in 1934 this great dame should have enough room to help accommodate our horde of pirates…..
